Galatians 2:3 TPT
[3] Even though Titus was a Syrian, they accepted him as a brother without demanding that he first be circumcised.

TITUS
Galatians 2:1-3 TPT
Fourteen years later, I returned to Jerusalem, this time with Barnabas and Titus, my coworkers. [2] God gave me a clear revelation to go and confer with the other apostles concerning the message of grace I was preaching to the gentiles. I spoke privately with those who were viewed as senior leaders of the church, wanting to make certain that my labor and ministry for the Messiah had not been based on a false understanding of the gospel. [3] Even though Titus was a Syrian, they accepted him as a brother without demanding that he first be circumcised.
Galatians 2:3 KJV
But neither Titus, who was with me, being a Greek, was compelled to be circumcised:
According to Greek manuscripts Titus was a Greek, but the Aramaic Dead Sea scrolls stated that he was a Syrian and spoke Aramaic -The Passion Translation. Since he wasn’t Jewish he didn’t have to be circumcised.
Titus - Strong’s G5103 - nurse
Titus had compassion for other people and took care of them. He spread the gospel amongst the heathens and encouraged the Christians. He travelled with Paul on Paul’s third missionary journey. Titus worked with the Corinthians and was later stationed in Crete and had to appoint elders in every city - Titus 1:5. Paul requested that Titus meet him in Nicopolis - Titus 3:12. When Paul was in prison, just before Paul’s death, Titus moved to Dalmatia (possibly part of Europe) -2 Timothy 4:10.
2 Corinthians 8:23 TPT
Concerning the credentials of Titus, he’s my partner and coworker in ministry for you. As for the brothers coming with him, they are apostles of the churches, which are the glory of the Anointed One.
Titus 1:4 TPT
Titus, you are my true son in the faith we share. May grace and peace descend to you from God the Father and our Savior, the Anointed One, Jesus!
Paul’s letter to Titus (in Crete) is published as 3 chapters in the Bible book Titus. Paul gave guidelines for a holy life in this book. He calls Titus his partner and true son. Earlier, Paul had no peace of mind when he arrived in Troas since he couldn’t find Titus - 2 Corinthians 2:12. Paul left Troas to travel to Macedonia - 2 Corinthians 12:13. God encouraged Paul in Macedonia when He sent Titus to him - 2 Corinthians 7:5-7,13-24. Titus encouraged the people of Corinth and brought a message of their wellbeing to Paul. Titus possibly took the second letter of Paul to the people of Corinth. Titus collected money from the wealthy people of Corinth and it was distributed amongst the poor Christians in Judea - 2 Corinthians 8:4-7,15-17. Paul sent a brother to travel with Titus - 2 Corinthians 8:16-17.
2 Corinthians 8:16-17 TPT
We give thanks to God for putting the same devotion I have for you into the heart of Titus. [17] Of course, he enthusiastically accepted our request to go to Corinth, but because he carries you in his heart, he’d already planned on coming.
Paul and Titus illustrated the heart of prophecy beautifully. Paul told Titus to go to Corinth while Titus already knew he had to go Corinth. There was no manipulation involved. Paul just confirmed what the Holy Spirit already revealed to Titus. When you have an intimate relationship with Jesus prophecy will confirm and supplement what you already know. Titus was considered “the glory of the Anointed One”. May we all be “the glory of the Anointed One”.
